Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents in managing administrative tasks and daily operations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings
- Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing strategies
- Assist in negotiating contracts and lease agreements
- Maintain accurate and uptodate property records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate and/or property management is preferred but not required
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

Pay:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
