Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have opportunities for Accounting Analysts to join our accounting team located in our Winnipeg Head Office.

These permanent, full-time positions will provide recent graduates with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills while preparing them for growth and advancement within our finance teams.

As an Accounting Analyst, you will be provided with support and guidance from a professionally-designated Richardson CPA mentor while working towards your CPA designation.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing monthend accounting journal entries
  • Reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts
  • Investigating outstanding issues and identifying potential solutions
  • Creating and presenting financial and operational reports to the Manager of Finance
  • Completing special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Possess postsecondary education in accounting, finance or business administration and enrolled in a recognized accounting program
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and work toward deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated computer experience with MS Excel.
