Job Description:


Job Purpose:


  • The Supervisor, Facilities is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all Canada Goose manufacturing facilities._

What you'll do:


  • Oversee all aspects of the CG leased facilities, as well as coordinating team or vendors to repair or maintain all areas of the property including:
Mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression systems, aesthetics, finishing's, millwork, office furniture (replacing or repairing), renovations, cleanliness, animal and pest control, supply management, general maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, ventilation, heating, cooling, compressor and boiler

  • Regular monitoring of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and Fire Extinguisher inspections (Annual)
  • Oversee the local cleaning team


  • Preventive maintenance

  • Tracking and confirming it is completed to standard.
  • Request for quotations, supervise work for all services required to maintain the properties.
  • Coordinate waste management and recycling as well as Shredit bin pickups.
  • Participate as an active member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
  • Support the effective management of loss prevention, risk management, security
  • Keep accurate records of space conditions in the designated BOX folder
  • Provide general status reports via Building Audit forms for all properties as scheduled (Monthly)
  • Monitor and Manage the ServiceNow tickets
  • Proceed with Cleaning Supply Orders Monthly.

Experience, Education and Designations:


  • A minimum of 5 years, Building Maintenance experience with increasing responsibility in a Medium to Large facilities
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Postsecondary education
  • Related experience in building maintenance and facility operations
  • Experience with on call and call in work
  • First aidCPR-AED certified, associations, licenses (specify for each)
