    Position:
    Front Desk Customer Service Agent

    Location:
    On-site - Pointe-Claire

    Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours per week)

    Salary:
    Starting at 45,000 (Depending on experience)


    Responsibilities:
    Greet customers and visitors as they arrive at the premises in a professional and friendly manner.
    Answer incoming calls and emails, redirecting requests to the appropriate department or staff, as appropriate.
    Provide information about our products or services to customers, where appropriate.
    Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that it always reflects a professional image.
    Assist customers in responding to their questions, requests or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
    Enter or process orders and follow up on quotations.
    Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, document scanning and contract development and preparation.
    Perform administrative tasks in connection with the purchasing department.
    Monitor and respond to customer comments or feedback received online or through other channels.
    Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless, efficient customer service and satisfaction.
    Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those relating to customer privacy and confidentiality.

    To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

    Education/ Qualification

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Proven experience in customer service or related field preferred.
    Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office suite and basic office equipment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    Bilingualism required to communicate effectively with customers.
