    About The Role

    We are seeking a Software Developer experienced in developing professional solutions in Microsoft's Power Platform who truly loves working with technology and solving problems. You will have worked as part of a development team and take great pride in creating resilient, high-quality software.     Key Responsibilities

    • Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Connectors.
    • Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams) and third‑party applications.
    • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs and objectives.
    • Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of applications and workflows, and manage deployment processes to ensure smooth implementation.
    • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
    • Custom Development: Extend the capabilities of Power Platform solutions through custom development using languages such as JavaScript, React, C#, and SQL.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
    • Training: Train end‑users and provide technical support to ensure effective utilization of Power Platform solutions.
    • Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate risks or delays that may affect the overall health of a project.
    • Collaborative Contribution: Contribute collaboratively within a creative and fast‑paced environment, designing innovative solutions that are architecturally solid and scalable.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Education: Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Connectors.
      • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
      • Experience in Azure DevOps.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration.
      • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, React, C#, and SQL.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.

    Nice To Have Qualifications

    • Microsoft Power Platform development certifications.
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
