Sustainability Coordinator
***- Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the successful execution of sustainability programs and initiatives for NFI Group. The Sustainability Coordinator will provide direct support to the sustainability team by ensuring accurate data assembly and reporting.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Gathers and enters incoming data related to NFI Groups' sustainability programming.
  • Develops and issues KPI documents and related spreadsheets, SharePoint sites and software suites to support sustainability programs.
  • Ensures the maintenance of records related to sustainability data and tracking.
  • Provides regularly scheduled updates on sustainability and regulatory data, tracking and programs, and reports on data gaps and changes requiring attention.
  • Liaises with sustainability champions across business divisions to support sustainability programming requirements through the development and continuous improvement of data gathering systems.
  • Supports the analysis and evaluation of sustainability impacts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Post-secondary education in environment, sustainability, health, safety, or equivalent.
  • 12 years' prior experience in sustainability data processing.
  • Proven ability to manipulate spreadsheets using quantitative and analytical reasoning.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a strong emphasis in Excel (Microsoft Power BI considered an asset).
  • Experience with developing reports, analyzing data, and finding trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A selfmotivated, passionate team player looking to make a positive change in sustainability.
  • Up to 5% of travel is required for this position._
