NOV is currently recruiting a
Service Technician( Night shift) to perform downhole tool dismantling, cleaning, inspection, assembling, testing, repairs, and other duties associated with the service center in Nisku, AB.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely dismantle, clean, inspect, assemble, repair, test and paint downhole tools per NOV standards of quality of safety
Ensure that all serviced tools are in acceptable working order and maintained/serviced per NOV procedures
Complete all necessary documentation and data entry during service process.
Perform equipment inspections as per required procedures
Maintain 5S / housekeeping of work area
Communicate to Management any issues with equipment, tools, inspections, and HSE concerns
Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Highschool Diploma or equivalent
1 2 years of experience as Technician in manufacturing or equivalent experience
Preferred:
Mechanically Inclined

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong work ethic with multitasking abilities
Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrates a positive attitude with the desire to be a teamplayer
Ability to work in a shop environment and conduct physical activities such as lifting, crouching, reaching, and standing for periods of time
