You'll motivate, manage, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver innovative products.

We're all-in on the cloud and we're leaders in the adoption of open source, RESTful APIs, microservices, and containers.

We build our own products and release them with a speed and agility that allows us to get new customer experiences to market quickly.

Lead 1-2 team(s) of 5+ engineers with the goal of building digital solutions to humanize the world of credit cards for millions of Canadians
Provide feedback, career coaching and participate in talent and succession planning
Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside of the box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of applications within the Software Studio
At least 10 years of experience as a hands-on software engineer preferably using Java/Python or other object-oriented programming languages
At least 10 years of experience with application and/or data design, architecture and development
At least 3 years of experience leading a team within an agile environment
At least 1 year of experience providing direct people leadership including talent development, performance management, team building and succession planning
Bachelor's Degree
We'll help you develop the right skills for the job)
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
Experience leading Data Engineers
