Our Management Development Program consists of working in one of our stores in a supervisory capacity and training in all areas of the business.

Upon successful completion of the training program, and based on relocation availability, individuals are offered the management of a Giant Tiger franchise.

Store Manager, Key Responsibilities;
- influence the results, including sales and profit
- determine your store's product assortment through buying to the needs of the community
- be actively involved and connect with the store's local community
- be part of a profitable Canadian owned company with more than 50 years of proven success

Store Manager, Key Requirements:

A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
Minimum 3 years' retail experience in a high volume, big box, fastpaced retail store
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software
Bilingualism (French & English) would be an asset
