    As an HR Generalist, you'll be an integral part of our Human Resources team, responsible for various duties including new hire onboarding, program and policy development, reporting, employee relations, and special projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR team and initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    · Provide a high level of customer service to all internal clients and employees on all day-to-day HR activities and offer routine guidance.

    · Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information while working independently.

    · Build strong relationships with internal clients and vendors, creating a harmonious work environment.

    · Inspire a continuous improvement mindset to ensure a superior employee experience.

    · Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

    · Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, issues, and plan enrollments.

    · Mitigate and escalate employee relation issues while adhering to company policies.

    · Support Onboarding/Off-boarding activities as needed.

    · Maintain and administer various systems such as our Learning Platform, Predictive Index, and HRIS.

    · Contribute to the life of the company, our brand, and our culture.

    · Handle ad hoc project work and special assignments as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience working as an HR Generalist.

    · Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

    · Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    · Results-oriented with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.

    · Superior attention to detail.

    · Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

    · Ability to maintain employee confidentiality and discretion.

    · Proficient with the MS Office suite

    · Required Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    · Additional Education: CHRP considered an asset.
