We are currently searching for graduates in Marketing, Communications or related programs for the position of Junior Social Media Associate with The Medical Rejuvenation Centre.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related programs.
  • Understanding of Social Media platforms (Example: Facebook, Instagram) and uptodate on latest trends
  • A team player
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good problemsolving skills
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
  • Strong interest in the skincare industry
  • A proactive, resourceful and solutionoriented 'cando' attitude

Responsibilities:


  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and daytoday activities including:
  • Develop relevant content topics for the clinic's target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. (Education Support Provided)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customers.
  • Develop, expand and nourish community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Make sure design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages). Is up to date
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review within company guidelines.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) as directed in a monthly presentation.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in usergenerated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to management.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
