Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, Casino Operations & Regulatory Compliance, the Casino Office Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate design and production of identification for Casino staff, in accordance with Alcohol & Gaming Commission regulations.
  • Assist with submission of work order requests and tracking timely completion of work.
  • Assist with screening and processing of Casino applicants.
  • Verify TD1 forms.
  • Assist with Gaming Registration processing.
  • Assist with employment contract processing.
  • Assist with payroll data entry, balancing and discrepancy resolution during the Event.
  • Respond to staff questions and concerns and distribute payroll cheques.
  • Fielding questions, concerns, and complaints as needed.
  • Accounts payable duties, including processing and payment of invoices and tracking expenditures.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Casino Management and Manager, Casino Operations & Regulatory Compliance.
  • Supplement office staffing requirements as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
