Position:
Line Cook
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook full course meals,
- Ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,
- Work with specialized cooking equipment,
- Ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications,
- Meet dietary requirements where required,
- Clean and maintain station.
- Perform closing duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year related experience,
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff
- Demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required.

Salary:
$16.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 810 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Tips
Experience:
- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
