SaucierThe Ranchmen's Club was established in 1891. It is one of Calgary's oldest and most prestigious private clubs. Our history and traditions define us, and we are proud to be Alberta's first and only Platinum-ranked club. Our facilities include a formal dining room, banquet facilities and casual dining.
The Head Chef is searching for a full-time Saucier/Chef de Partie to fill our
evening roster. This position is full-time and normally starts at 1:30pm and lasts until close. This is a full-time position (5 days/week). The club is normally closed on Sundays except for a select number of special events (i.e. Easter Brunch) over the course of the year.
This position entails meat and fish butchery, cooking of protein over charcoal and gas, maintaining and exploring along with the Chef and Sous Chefs our in-house dry-ageing program, sauce work, and constant upkeep of our protein program.
Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
