Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager at Build-A-Bera, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes with a particular focus on our venture activities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology is required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes, with a focus on venture-side activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting operational costs and ensuring financial efficiency.
• Lead and mentor operations team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational scalability and support the company's growth objectives.
• Coordinate and support venture activities, including fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Leverage knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology to inform operational strategies and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, driving performance and fostering a positive work culture.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile and Scrum.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the blockchain industry.
• Experience with business continuity planning and risk management.
• Experience in venture activities, including fundraising and investor relations.
