About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected.

About You:


  • University Degree in a relevant discipline; Accounting/Finance focus preferred.
  • 7+ years related work experience within the financial serviced industry, preferably within a hedge fund administrator and/or investment company
  • 2+ years demonstrated client relationship management/service leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills
  • Proven interest in pursuing a career in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
  • Highly analytical with strong attributes on business processes, accounting and allocation systems
  • Excellent solutionsbased problem solving skills to support clients' needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook

Your Role:


  • Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties, as required.
  • Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions
  • Understand clients' technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision
  • Drive strategic communication with existing clients and manage operational deliverables
  • Monitor, manage and support the negotiations of client service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Actively maintain client status, commentary and client updates on internal CRM tools
  • Identify, understand and communicate clients' requests/needs to various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to delivery on clients' expectations
  • Review risk logs and support, coordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
  • Review client profitability and accounts receivables and address negative trends
  • Carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
  • Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
  • Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
  • Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships by crossselling additional Citco products and services
  • Identify new areas of growth by stay updated on the industry and regulatory environment while being sensitive to industry changes and business trends
  • Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies
  • Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
