an Ottawa based eatery looking for an Energetic, Passionate, Experienced Server to join our team as Full-timer at 1910 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa.

LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY.

Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations
Answer questions about food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services
Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern
Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
Follow all food safety standards and systems
Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
Complete opening, closing and sideduties efficiently and safely
Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications:

Minimum 23 years experience as a Server, experience in Italian restaurants is an asset.
Must have good command of the English language.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment.
Organizational skills and sales ability.
Ability to multitask.
High level of product knowledge
