Excellentia Builders is currently looking for a junior to mid
- on construction experience and an eagerness to develop their skill set for the long term with a rapidly growing company.
Duties and Requirements

• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Select trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
• Plan and manage budgets
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Prepare reports
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Valid driver's license

• Bachelor's degree

or equivalent experienceField of study

• Structural Engineering

Experience

• 1 yr+ in Project Coordination
• 1 yr+ in Construction Industry
