Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and ensuring consistency in quality.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
Uphold a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, specials, and dietary information.
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Clear tables, bring dishes into the dish pit, replenishing utensils / condiments on tables in dining area

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong multitasking abilities to handle highpressure situations and a fastpaced environment.
Proven reliability and punctuality; being on time is crucial to the success of our team.
Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments.
A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn and experiment with new drink recipes.
Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with state regulations.
