    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
    The Youth Employment and Training Coordinator will collaborate with MNBC's Skills Training, Employment & Post-secondary Education Team and various Ministries within MNBC. This pivotal role is dedicated to addressing the training and employment needs of Métis youth in British Columbia, aged 15 to 30. The Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating employment programs such as the Y.E.T.I program and Youth Career Days Etc. The Incumbent will also work closely with Métis youth 1:1 or in groups to develop their résumé, cover letter as well as conducting practice interview session.

    Additionally, the Coordinator contributes to funding proposals, program evaluations, and communication content development to amplify the impact and efficacy of initiatives tailored to youth. The Coordinator, Youth Employment and Training plays a vital role in empowering Métis youth, enriching their educational experiences, and cultivating their professional growth.
