What are we looking for in a Candidate:

You are SAFe Certified. Have proven experience in a product (application) owner role with a solid track record in technical business systems analysis. You have financial services domain expertise with a focus on Regulatory/Compliance/Audit application development.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into product requirements.

· Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.

· Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure timely delivery of features.

· Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development decisions and feature enhancements.

· Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and end-users.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders.

· Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies.

· Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques.

· Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO) are a plus.

· SAFe Certified, proven experience as product owner, financial services domain expertise, Regulatory/Compliance/Audit domain expertise.
