    Description

    A comprehensive and innovative manufacturer of high-quality office furniture is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team

    The Role

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a positive customer service experience and fostering relationships with customers.

    You Will

    • Communicate with customers via phone and email
    • Enter and check customer orders
    • Develop quotations based on customer input.
    • Collaborate with production on rush requests and RMA requirements
    • Handle customer warranty claims and enter in necessary replacements
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

    You Have

    • 2+ years experience working as a customer service representative
    • Knowledge of the office furniture industry and products would be a huge plus
    • Strong technical/computer skills (comfortable with ERP systems and order entry)

    You Are

    • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with solid people skills
    • Organized with superior time management skills
    • A self-motivated, team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
