- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Enter and check customer orders
- Develop quotations based on customer input.
- Collaborate with production on rush requests and RMA requirements
- Handle customer warranty claims and enter in necessary replacements
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- 2+ years experience working as a customer service representative
- Knowledge of the office furniture industry and products would be a huge plus
- Strong technical/computer skills (comfortable with ERP systems and order entry)
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with solid people skills
- Organized with superior time management skills
- A self-motivated, team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
