IT Support Analyst (Onsite)

Toronto

Contract for 6 months with strong possibility to convert to a permanent role

IT Support Analyst ( Onsite)


Qualifications:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Employee hardware troubleshooting and support.
  • In office and onpremises hardware equipment support.
  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
  • Support Security team in rolling out tools.
  • Sourcing, managing, and organizing IT hardware, equipment, software, and licenses.
  • Providing helpdesk support efforts relating to desktop, workstations, and IT equipment problems.
  • Assisting with system administrator with backup/restore, business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ability to support oncall shifts and travel to the office as part of a team rotation.
  • Familiarity with different types of cables and their intended purposes.
  • We are willing to provide training and support as needed, but a basic understanding of the required technical skills is necessary to succeed in this role.
