Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Head Host and Reservations Manager at our high-end Cocktail bar.
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating flawless guest experiences, managing reservations, and upholding the impeccable reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
1. Front-of-House Excellence:
Lead, train, and inspire the host team to deliver exceptional guest service with a personalized touch.
Create and maintain a warm and sophisticated ambiance, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for all patrons.
Coordinate and manage table assignments through OpenTable, optimizing seating arrangements to provide a seamless guest experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring they are handled with professionalism and care.

Reservations Management:
Oversee the OpenTable reservations system, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to the bar's policies.
Monitor reservation availability and table turnover to maximize seating capacity while maintaining an intimate environment.
Collaborate with the team to accommodate special requests and preferences for a personalized experience.

Guest Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, acknowledging their preferences and providing personalized service.
Handle guest feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure a seamless flow of communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to guarantee a coordinated guest experience.

Event Coordination:
Collaborate with the events team to manage private bookings and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Coordinate event logistics, such as seating arrangements, menu selections, and special requirements, to exceed guest expectations.
5.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on reservation trends, guest feedback, and table turnover to provide insights for operational improvements.
Analyze data to forecast busy periods, allowing for effective staffing and preparation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in high-end hospitality, including reservations management and guest relations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests and team members.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reservation management software and point-of-sale systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar etiquette is a plus.
