Where do you come in? We are looking for a talented
CNC Operator for the Day Shift, who has a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.

As a CNC Operator you will

Set up, adjust and operate CNC machines (TC5000, Laser, Metal Turning, Brake Press, etc.) according to work orders and specifications with minor programming
Use manual pump trucks, cranes (over head / jib) and lift devices as required to move material and finished product(s)
Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed
Ensure parts are manufactured in accordance with quality standards, target plans and verify correct run quantities
Visually inspect parts after each machine cycle and perform inspections as required
Optimize the running of parts to best take advantage of the machine's operating time
Filling out production boards with output for the shift as well as assisting in planning afternoon shift production
Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow organizational practices

Who are we looking for? Someone who has

High school diploma
1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
The ability to read and interpret blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, go nogo gauges, etc.
Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity
Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment with mínimal supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
