About this Team:


The Sales Solutions Team collaborates with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives to scale and operationalize sales solutions in North America.

This individual will join a team of Sales Solutions Managers as an individual contributor and directly report to the Director of that department.


About this Role:

We have an opening for a Sales Solutions Manager.

This person will leverage their technical, organizational, program management and transformation expertise to understand business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive implementation for long term success.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to conduct root cause analysis of revenue challenges.
  • Organize feedback loops and align with stakeholders on prioritization.
  • Formulate and implement short and long term action plans in collaboration with crossfunctional teams to identify accountability areas and gain buyin.
  • Take lead on program management responsibilities including (but not limited to) hosting stakeholder meetings, managing deliverables, measuring progress, and streamlining communication.
  • Develop and scale program solution prototypes across Enterprise + Growth in NA.
  • Expand and scale program solution prototypes with GBS teams in other regions as applicable.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of account management, operations or technical sales experience
  • Ability to work from our Austin office.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to understand complex problems and creatively problem solve challenges
  • Ability to measure progress, analyze results and iterate programs and initiatives
  • Experience in stakeholder mapping and collaborating with crossfunctional teams on joint initiatives
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in project management
  • Selfstarter and fast learner who has critical thinking skills
  • Have a passion for TikTok
