Delivering the portfolio of projects and services needs people with hybrid skill sets covering technical, analytical, project management, service management and business analysis skills, combined with an excellent knowledge of finance as well as product and portfolio strategy processes.
Our project managers lead or contribute to a range of projects including IT development, data management, analytics, AI, machine learning, business transformation and more.
Our projects deploy a range of technologies including internal custom built solutions, packaged software, ERP solutions, Software as a Service as well as Cloud based solutions and BI tools.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will join a global team of engineers (software, data, MLOps), architects, BAs, PMs, in our Augmented Biologics Platform to support biologics and antibody drug discovery as Scrum Master
Scrum Master / Project Manager.
The following will form part of the role:
- Manage JIRA board to take updates on existing tickets, add new tickets to backlog, add flags and summarise the weekly progress. Log the production issues and charter a plan for quick actioning on their resolution.
- Create a scrum board for tracking the time bound activities and other nontime bound activities in a Kanban board.
- Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Track and report on team progress using relevant metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) and provide visibility into the team's work to stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, and dependencies
- Ensure effective execution of project activities in alignment with the project plan and monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.
- Identify, document and assess project risks and develop clear risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish effective communication channels within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Ensure the schedules are created for KT plans (for transition from new teams), project roadmap, delivery timelines, UAT schedules, golive schedules, and all related communication.
- Track the overall project status in a highlevel view so that it can be presented to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct the Go/No-Go calls during transition.
- Lead the insourcing efforts whenever a new project gets transitioned.
- Work with other SCRUM Teams regularly and during the PI planning to align on the deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Project Manager and Scrum master for a number of years
- Good Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Effectively lead or collaborate with crossfunctional resources to deliver and market programs.
- Excellent skills in using JIRA
- Experience working in agile environment
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working with a pharmaceutical company
- Bioinformatics / Computational or molecular biology background.
