As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Representative will play a critical role in ensuring that all guests feel valued and well-informed. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. In this dynamic role, you will utilize your strong communication skills to assist guests with inquiries, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, and manage appointments. The Front Desk Representative will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area, managing correspondence, and providing information about our services and offerings. Attention to detail is essential, as accuracy in data entry and record-keeping will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist capacity.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with office equipment.
