    Description

    A Front Counter Sales Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, responding to inquiries over the phone and via email, and is sales driven in a fun team environment.

    You will provide service quotes, process sales transactions, be a product and services expert and more You will apply strong communication skills that make customers feel welcome at our Island Hwy N, Nanaimo, BC. location.
    Your positive mindset, sales & organizational skills, willingness to be cross-trained and customer first approach, will make you stand out and be successful in this role.

    Skills & Abilities

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
  • Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Answer incoming calls while handling customers inquiries, concerns, or questions.
  • Proven ability in an inside sale and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
  • Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotations.
  • Efficient and detail orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
  • Effective problem solving, planning, and organizing skills.

    • Qualifications and Special Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service, counter or inside sales role.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the automotive or related industry, and aptitude for learning product knowledge.
  • A Valid driver's license.
  • Strong personal commitment to health and safety
