About the Learning Disabilities Association of Saskatchewan
The Learning Disabilities Association of Saskatchewan is a not-for-profit organization formed in 1973 that serves those living with learning disabilities and ADHD in Saskatchewan.
We do this through the operation of three offices, strategically located across the province in Saskatoon, Regina, and Prince Albert.
The Learning Disabilities Association is part of The Learning Disabilities Association of Canada (LDAC), which has chapters in all the provinces and territories in Canada.
We offer a variety of services that supporting our mission, which is to identify and assess learning needs and ADHD, provide inclusive learning supports that build skills, knowledge and capacity, and advocate for people living with learning disabilities and ADHD.

JOB SUMMARY
The Office Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for providing admin support and fulfilling the duties of the main reception desk.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support for reception and the office:
- Greet clients entering the building, determine purpose of visit, and direct appropriately.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.
- Assist with the scheduling for tutoring, coaching, and psychoeducational & autism assessments for clients.
- Ensure proper maintenance of common office equipment.
- Order general office and kitchen supplies.
- Oversee the access to the building.
- Assist with the proctoring of GED tests.
- Support staff and other admin staff in other locations when required.
- Receive and process payments and upload documentation.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Successful completion of a Business Administration diploma or certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative and reception experience.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and have access to a reliable vehicle would be desirable.
- Ability to provide a valid Criminal and Vulnerable Sector check.
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
