Responsibilities:


  • Market and promote our membership programs to potential customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our membership offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction
  • Utilize technology tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and maintain longterm relationships with clients
  • Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
