Description
The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing systems support services on Eperformance client projects and support contracts.

This role will involve deployments, technical problem diagnosis, and systems design and, is incumbent on solving problems and getting things done for related project teams working on client solutions.


Duties include but are not limited to:

Microsoft Azure

  • Deploy solutions to both development and production environments
  • Leverage pipelines to improve quality of deployments
  • Contribute to the design and setup of client's cloud architecture focusing on security and privacy which includes creating and maintaining client documentation
  • Become and remain informed of services licensing and construct and maintain cost of ownership models
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues

General IT

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network support and software system problems escalated from the Help Desk
  • Assist in the setup/maintenance/support of employee laptops and hardware (Monitors, docking stations etc.)
  • Manage the companies Active Directory
  • Monitor deployed environments for license and performance management
  • Keep up to date with the latest security and best practices surrounding PowerApps, IT systems and all Office 365 apps
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network support and software system problems escalated from the Help Desk

Required/Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience in Virtual Machine management (i.e. Hyper V, VMWare)
  • Ability to maintain and foster external client relationships
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Experience with the following software/protocols: ADFS, Active Directory, DNS, Windows Firewall, VPN and PAT
  • Desire for your career path to evolve into a Solution Architect

Desirable skills:


  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
  • Domain experience in government granting services
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge
  • Other Microsoft Power Platform experience or certification(+++)
  • DevOps experience in an Agile environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
