- Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers through in-person visits, telephone calls, and educational seminars.
- Conduct IPAC assessments when requested.
- Analyze and identify growth opportunities.
- Update the CRM with accurate customer information.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Attend and sell at industry-related events and trade shows.
- College/University degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of or experience in the dental, pharmaceutical or medical device industries is preferred but not required.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive and results-driven.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required to interact with your customer base.
- The work environment can be fast-paced and distracting, so you will need excellent organizational and time management skills to be successful.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience using a CRM.
- A clear bias for action and a sense of urgency to operate within an entrepreneurially-minded organization.
- You must be willing and have the ability to travel over 50% of the time (throughout BC, excluding the Island). Some overnight travel will be required.
- Reside in the Greater Vancouver area.
- A valid drivers license and access to an insured vehicle.

Description
A global dental manufacturer and supplier of professional infection prevention and control products (oral health, disinfection, sterilization, and hygiene) is hiring a consultative Territory Account Manager.
This is a field-based sales role with elements of clinical education, but the TAM is primarily responsible for driving sales in existing accounts and through new business development.
