    Description

    A global dental manufacturer and supplier of professional infection prevention and control products (oral health, disinfection, sterilization, and hygiene) is hiring a consultative Territory Account Manager.

    This is a field-based sales role with elements of clinical education, but the TAM is primarily responsible for driving sales in existing accounts and through new business development.

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers through in-person visits, telephone calls, and educational seminars.
    • Conduct IPAC assessments when requested.
    • Analyze and identify growth opportunities.
    • Update the CRM with accurate customer information.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
    • Attend and sell at industry-related events and trade shows.

    Requirements

    WHAT YOU OFFER
    EDUCATION & TRAINING
    • College/University degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.

    WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
    • Knowledge of or experience in the dental, pharmaceutical or medical device industries is preferred but not required.

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
    • Highly self-motivated, competitive and results-driven.
    • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required to interact with your customer base.
    • The work environment can be fast-paced and distracting, so you will need excellent organizational and time management skills to be successful.
    • Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience using a CRM.
    • A clear bias for action and a sense of urgency to operate within an entrepreneurially-minded organization.

    OTHER
    • You must be willing and have the ability to travel over 50% of the time (throughout BC, excluding the Island). Some overnight travel will be required.
    • Reside in the Greater Vancouver area.
    • A valid drivers license and access to an insured vehicle.
