Job Overview:

As a Team Lead, you will train our concierge staff to maintain our high standards, fostering a passion for excellence, adept problemsolving, and team cohesion. Successful Team Leads excel in customer service, go the extra mile, handle challenges adeptly, and empower their team to do the same, creating an enjoyable work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
Previous Supervisor/Team Lead experience is preferred
Excellent written and oral command of the
English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)
