- Assemble pipe preparation tools following engineering drawings, work instructions, and Quality Maintenance Actions Sheets (QMAS).
- Conduct thorough testing of each tool to ensure top-notch quality and performance.
- Pack finished assemblies meticulously, applying accurate labeling and packaging materials.
- Skillfully select appropriate components for assembly.
- Manage inventory of components using the kanban card system to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Assist in inventory and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Package assembled tools proficiently and apply required markings and labels.
- Support and implement lean manufacturing principles and company FEM initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Competence in safely operating hand and power tools.
- Proficient understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with inspection instruments such as calipers, verniers, and pi tapes.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in computer skills for assembly data entry.
- Preferably a high school diploma with a college-related background or equivalent technical training.
