Excalibur Sharpening, a leading provider of pet grooming supplies and sharpening services for scissors, clippers, and other grooming tools, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our warehouse facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about the pet industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of productivity and performance.

Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to optimize inventory control and accuracy.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
