Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow
- Covering front desk
- Attending Meetings and taking Meeting Minutes
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- New project set up, including paper filing systems & server filing systems
- Provide administrative support to office staff; manage miscellaneous tasks as requested
- Prepare construction documents such as CCOs, COs, and Payments Certificate
Skills:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling incoming calls with professionalism
- Experience in front desk reception and providing excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervising staff members
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingualism is a requirement ( English
- French )
Salary:
$18.96-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
