Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Covering front desk
  • Attending Meetings and taking Meeting Minutes
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
  • New project set up, including paper filing systems & server filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to office staff; manage miscellaneous tasks as requested
or designated by the staff

  • Prepare construction documents such as CCOs, COs, and Payments Certificate

Skills:


  • Proficient in operating phone systems and handling incoming calls with professionalism
  • Experience in front desk reception and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in team management and supervising staff members
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingualism is a requirement ( English
  • French )

Salary:
$18.96-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
