Job summary
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking an Assessor Coordinator Degree Senior to join their team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, care planning, client advocacy and coordinating services and monitoring care needs.The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in the field and hold an undergraduate degree in social work or a related field. The position requires strong public relations skills, leadership skills and communication skills among others.
Applicants must be available to work all shifts including short notice calls and holidays where applicable.
