Role:

Product Manager - As a member of our Product Management team, you work as an extension of our client's team.

Your work will focus on supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function of our client's finance organization, including modeling, business architect process engineering, as well as high impact initiatives including restructuring, value stream creation at the stakeholder level.

Specific responsibilities include

Lead and/or support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of FP&A initiatives aligning finance with business strategy.
Help develop value stream creation by assessing a client's business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems, and recommending an approach leveraging CGI's Product Operating Model for Squad Enablement
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, document requirements, and articulate the value proposition and business case for various finance transformation solutions.
Provide bestinclass business partnering support with our IT execution teams, and deliver quality reports and process analysis used to make informed business decisions.
Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, finance ecosystems, and broader marketplace
Finance focused with a minimum of eight years' experience in finance and/or accounting, with experience working in the Pharma, Biotech, Medical devices, or any other Life Sciences industries. Client service experience in top professional services firms (i.e., Big 4 or large regional) is highly preferred, but not required.
Advanced understanding of the FP&A function within a finance organization.
Working knowledge and expertise in analytics, forecasting, and finance technologies (process, planning analytics, core Financial)
Enterprise System understanding (SAP / Oracle / Workday, etc.).
Agile / Scrum New Ways of Working
