Walmart Connect PPC Manager — Hosiery

Job description
We are seeking an experienced Walmart Connect PPC specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a major Hosiery and Sports Bras brand on Walmart Marketplace.
This is an ongoing engagement managing approximately $30,000–$40,000/month in ad spend across 70–80 active campaigns.Scope of Work
- Full management of Walmart Connect Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns
- Keyword research, bid optimization, and negative keyword harvesting on a weekly cadence
- Campaign structure buildout and restructuring to minimize wasted spend on non-brand items
- Attribution-aware reporting: separate client advertised item sales from non-client halo sales in all performance reports
- Weekly bid adjustments based on ROAS targets, ACoS thresholds, and conversion rate trends
- Monthly performance reporting with clear breakdowns of spend, attributed sales, true ROAS, and recommendations
- A/B testing of ad creative, keyword strategies, and campaign types
- Proactive identification of high-performing and underperforming campaigns with data-backed reallocation recommendations
- Minimum 2 years managing Walmart Connect advertising campaigns specifically (not just Amazon PPC)
- Demonstrated experience managing $20K+/month in Walmart ad spend
- Strong understanding of Walmart search algorithm, Buy Box mechanics, and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
- Experience with Walmart advertising attribution models and the distinction between advertised item sales vs. advertised other sales
- Proficiency with Walmart Seller Center and Walmart Connect advertising console
- Experience in Apparel, Hosiery, or related CPG categories is a strong plus
- Maintain or improve blended ROAS above 10x on client-attributed sales only (not total advertised sales)
- Reduce non-client advertised other sales as a percentage of total attributed sales from 52% to below 30%
- Maintain ACoS below 10% while scaling spend
- Provide weekly campaign performance snapshots and monthly deep-dive reports
