We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in our Customer Service Department that will work closely with the Customers, Sales Representatives and Production.

This position is responsible for a variety of duties including:

Work closely with Sales staff and internal production staff

- take and give detailed instructions

Ability to write up, review and coordinate the production of customer printed materials with precise production instructions and distribute to all departments
The ability to monitor and follow jobs to completion to ensure the timely delivery of a quality product

We are looking for a professional with the following demonstrated abilities and skills:

Well spoken, friendly, and customer service orientated
Organized, analytical, and able to multitask and set priorities
Keen attention to detail and understands the importance of a deadlines
Provide excellent customer service
Having related print/design industry experience would be essential.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 education or GED
Experience with Production/Project Planning
Minimum 24 years of Customer Service Experience
Intermediate level working knowledge with Excel and Outlook
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Minimum 23 years of experience in a fast paced environment, working with tight deadlines while under pressure
