What We're Looking For
You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
- Proficient in media sales, with a flair for crafting compelling brand partnership proposals.
- A relationship builder, adept at cultivating longterm partnerships with a diverse range of clients.
- A creative problemsolver, capable of thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
- Motivated by challenges and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new brand partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in media sales, with a focus on brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian media landscape and hyperlocal markets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
