Job Summary


The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for assessing, designing, and developing enablement projects and/or components of larger enablement programs that provide knowledge, industry expertise and sales and technical skills for direct sales, channel sales, sales supporting functions and partner readiness.

The individual in this role must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively within the organization.

This is someone who is passionate about working with the field, wants to learn what sales and sales support teams need in order to be successful and can champion their requirements across the business.

Success in this role hinges on the ability to embrace operational excellence and requires the blend of critical thinking and creative skills, along with a natural curiosity and willingness to share a different perspective.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager, GTM Readiness.


Responsibilities

  • Build business relationships and acumen across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Channel Sales, external partner sales and other sales support organizations essential to identifying and prioritizing initiatives and enablement requirements
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and SMEs to clarify business objectives, identify performance gaps, and build simple, customercentric, actionable content and enablement
  • Scope, develop and implement audiencerelevant, actionable content for delivery across established sales enablement channels, including online learning, job aids, coaching guides, and live training sessions where applicable
  • Create curriculum & courseware using a variety of content authoring tools such as Camtasia, SnagIt, and Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each deliverable, to ensure smooth and ontime execution
  • Program management for all assigned initiatives including project scope and timeline, meeting all deadlines within quality expectations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in sales, communications and/or enablement, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • Experience working in a global, crossfunctional environments
  • Creative problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, both virtually and in person
  • Fast learner that can navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Passion for excellence in execution, with an eye for quality and detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self
- directed, and results-oriented
