We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate & Back-up Delivery Driver with 3-ton driving experience for our Mississauga branch.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Ship and receive product accurately and in a timely manner ensuring our clients and receiving exactly what they ordered;
• Picking and preparing orders for shipment or pickup using a forklift;
• Participate in inventory counts and overall inventory accuracy;
• Loading and unloading trucks at the warehouse;
• Maintaining a clean warehouse environment;
• Compliance with company uniform requirements;
• Work closely with your fellow team members to build a cohesive, enjoyable, and mutually respectful team environment;
• Provide excellent customer service and support when facing clients;

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Picking and loading of orders for shipment and ensuring correct loading of the vehicle by identifying product requirements;
• Safe loading and unloading trucks, in a timely manner, at the warehouse and customer site;
• Ship and receive product accurately ensuring that customers receive orders as requested;
• Complete mandatory company "daily truck inspections" in addition to government mandatory inspections/logs twice daily (before departure and at time of return);
• Notify Manager of any known or suspected vehicle issues including routine maintenance, operational observations, etc;
• Maintain safe vehicle operation;
• Maintain complete vehicle cleanliness both internally and externally driver/passenger cab and box;
• Compliance with company uniform requirements;
• Deliver excellent customer service and support when facing customers;
• Support warehouse activities as required and determined by Manager;
• Participate in inventory counts and overall inventory accuracy;
• Work closely with your fellow team members to build a cohesive, enjoyable, and mutually respectful team environment;

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 1 year of Warehouse experience;
• 3 years of 5ton truck driving experience;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably;
• G License with a clean drivers abstract and CDOR;
• Certified counterbalance operator, an asset;
• Team player, multitasking, driven personality;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Basic computer skills;
• WHMIS training;
• Employee supplied steel toe boots CSA Green Patch;
• Insurance coverage requires drivers to be at least 25 years old.
