Manager of Server Colocation Services - Calgary, Canada - CSPiling Corp

Description

• Manage the daytoday operations of the server colocation facility.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the facility.
• Ensure that all servers are operating at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with servers or network infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze server and network performance, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Work with clients to ensure their server needs are met, including performing maintenance and upgrades as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and maintain inventory of servers and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a field related to customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
