At Selection Group, we have a great job opportunity for you in the recreation sector at one of our retirement complexes

The recreation leader is responsible for leading, planning and coordinating group activities of a sports, recreational or socio-cultural nature that promote the well-being of residents.

AS AN ANIMATOR, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:

To facilitate, plan and coordinate physical, social and cognitive fitness activities that will promote the well-being of our residents ;
Create memorable memories, be present for them at important moments in their lives and consequently, educate them on the benefits of an active lifestyle;
To develop local partnerships that will encourage local businesses.

Communication skills, good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

Recreation intervention technique or any other relevant training related to recreation, culture and events (asset);
2 years experience working in a residence (asset);
Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English.
