The co-op program at Softchoice exists to provide real life business experience for students. Our co-op students are hired for the fresh ideas and wealth of knowledge they bring to our Softchoice teams.

In turn, the teams provide students with experiences that challenge them, enable them to make a difference and provide impactful solutions to the business.

The impact you will have and what you'll do:
The ServiceNow Analyst will provide support for the Managed Services implementation of ServiceNow and supporting processes and procedures.

This includes project-based enhancements and daily support on operational needs and ticket management to ensure all client access management requests are handled in a timely fashion.

The successful co-op will work in an engaging environment that follows standardized ITSM process, as well as ITIL and Agile methodologies.


We're looking for people who:


  • Ensure the development and requirements are properly implemented following best practices
  • Consult with the platforms team with requirements information for solution and tasks
  • Provide operational support
  • Have an interest in business analysis process and planning
  • Enrollment in an Information Technology related program with a coop option
  • Strong organization, prioritization and schedule skills
  • A willingness to work in team environment
  • A desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in ITSM, ITIL practices or a helpdesk environment is a bonus
