We specialize in delivering efficient and dependable end-to-end logistics solutions across the country. Currently, we are looking for a Driver Training Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Retrain drivers when needed and after incidents.
  • Manage drug and alcohol testing for cross-border drivers.
  • Conduct training sessions on regulations, policies, and safety measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor driver logs and address any issues.
  • Assist in incident investigations and documentation.
  • Act as the main contact for ticket and accident reporting.
  • Oversee safety programs and permit renewals.
  • Participate in health and safety initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain job task analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in safety and compliance.

AZ license is considered a plus. Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
