Aarorn Technologies is looking for a Scrum Master for one of our clients in banking sector.

Success of this role is measured by how well the project processes are being planned and executed, as well as the success and predictability of the teams delivering on the project objectives and commitments and team culture.

Must-have

8+ years progressive IT project delivery experience managing projects with a medium level of complexity and uncertainty
Working experience of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira & Confluence).
Experience in project delivery, project plan development and management, project governance, scheduling methodology, project metrics, analysis, status reporting, and change management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
