Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Instrumentation professional to join our team. You will work on major process controls engineering projects in the following areas: developing and marketing high-level complex programs for nuclear power projects associated with design operational excellence safety maintenance and project management.This position requires a BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board-accredited undergraduate program or a US-based ABET-accredited program with at least 10 years of experience in the design engineering of instrumentations and controls systems in a project team environment for heavy industrial plants with focus on integrated detailed system design for new plants replacements for existing plants.
The ideal candidate should have experience working as firm/client liaison support lead engineering role preferably holding P Eng license active Ontario Power Generation OPG security clearance construction start-up commissioning experience broad background providing technical support to nuclear plant projects from design project planning providing technical expertise associated testing operations contract specifications project oversight successful project execution direction complex nuclear projects Candu BWR PWR reactor plants.
